Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us with your order number and the change you would like to request as soon as possible. Whether a change or cancellation can be made depends on the order’s processing status. Please wait for confirmation rather than assuming an email has changed your order.
How do I request a return?
Contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery to request a voluntary return. Change-of-mind returns must meet the unused and complete condition requirements in our Refund Policy. Contact us about damaged, defective or incorrect items so we can review the issue.
